Well, this morning was the first attempt at making the famous Arkansas Diner Biscuits. Though the flavor was good, they didn't rise as expected and their appearance left a lot to be desire. We put Bacon, Egg and Cheese on them and yum yum. I am pretty sure the key problem is that I was using what is called Bread Flour and didn't put in Baking Soda nor Baking Powder. This afternoon i will try again, and keep trying until I get them perfect. |
