Biscuits and Gravy

Well, I finally got my Biscuits and Gravy going. Everyone was pushing me saying how can you serve such wonderful Biscuits and not offer Gravy to be put on top of them. The main thing holding me back was not having any Breakfast Sausage, but ya know, I grew up poor and many mornings we'd just have Gravy, no Sausage, and that was just fine. But in order to give a meatier taste, I do have some finely chopped up bacon in the mix. So far, everyone seems to enjoy it and says it makes a very filling breakfast.

I popped into your diner at lunchtime today (Sept. 13th) for some sloppy joes. Great stuff! I'll be back another day for some biscuits and gravy.

Howdy.

I'm from Marshall, ARK.
But spend most of my time in Taiwan and China. Just saw your diner on my way to the airport. For sure, will drop by my next trip end of the month.

Can I get the gravy without any meat?
Just black peeper is all we ever had in our gravy. So is it possible to order your gravy without any meat?
