Today is the first day of the Arkansas Diner Blog. Along with all the work on the actual restaurant, this has turned out to be a lot more difficult than I imagined as well. But anyway, it's up and hopefully I'll be posting stories and pictures soon of the experience of opening and running the "Arkansas Diner" in Kaohsiung Taiwan.
