Biscuits and Gravy
Well, I finally got my Biscuits and Gravy going. Everyone was pushing me saying how can you serve such wonderful Biscuits and not offer Gravy to be put on top of them. The main thing holding me back was not having any Breakfast Sausage, but ya know, I grew up poor and many mornings we'd just have Gravy, no Sausage, and that was just fine. But in order to give a meatier taste, I do have some finely chopped up bacon in the mix. So far, everyone seems to enjoy it and says it makes a very filling breakfast.
Landis is from Arkansas but has been living in Taiwan for quite some time. He's finally opened up his place in tribute to his home state.
